Aly O’Shannessy is an executive coach and human resource advisor who helps women to thrive in their careers by aligning professional ambitions with personal values. She has coached hundreds of leaders to trust themselves, build their confidence and effectiveness and take control of their work-life. She is the founder of The Luminary Program and manages multiple roles as consultant, executive coach, researcher, mother and friend.

Aly holds a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University. She has lived and worked in countries across East Asia, the Middle East, Nth America and Europe and has advised global companies on succession planning, leadership development, cultural change and the human side of business transformation.
